How to Use Mario Paint Composer: 1) Click on the link (just click on the picture to the left) 2) Choose your sound by clicking on the characters at the top of the page. These get added to the staff on the vertical lines (ones going up and down) that represent each beat. 3) At the bottom of the page you are able to choose how many notes per beat - see "Snap". if you choose a "ta" note, you can put just one note on each beat/line. If you choose the "ti-ti" notes, you can add 2 notes, etc. 4) start adding notes to your music. You can stack them into chords - meaning you can put notes one on top of each other. Or you can put just one note per beat. You can also use some of the notes as the rhythm or drum beat with the other notes being your melody. 5) "clear" = erase everything. "undo" = erase the last thing you did. Eraser character (second from end of characters) = erase any note you want. 6) Play - let's you hear your composition being played! (note, you may need to click on "go to start" before playing) 7) DO NOT click on "buy"!! you don't need to buy it to enjoy using it! 8) When you're done, click on "save/load", and then "publish to a shareable URL". You can then copy the link and send it to me and to your friends! Have Fun! |
