Submitting Work to Mrs. Phillips
See below for 4 Ways to Submit student work to Mrs. Phillips.
OPTION 1: General Submissions - NOT including photos or videos
|
PURPOSE: This Format is best used by PRIMARY students who might just be telling me about what activities they've done or enjoyed:) Simply fill in the form and click "Submit". Please note this form does NOT allow you to send photos or videos. I have left the email address box as optional so that students can submit work themselves if they wish without needing a parent's email address. However, if you would like a response/feedback from me, then an email address is required. *A Reminder that students are NOT expected to complete all projects or do all activities. These are simply Choices they may choose from. Although they are welcome to do as much as they like, One project a week is plenty! |
OPTION 2: Submit photos or videos through email
The simplest way to Submit a photo or video of a Student's work (particularly Primaries) is to email it to me. My email address is: [email protected]
However, please note that due to the overuse of the District email, it becomes very sluggish during the day and thus I will typically not check my email until later in the evening. |
PURPOSE:
This is the best method for PRIMARY submissions of Photos and Videos. Although they can also use Flipgrid - see below. Intermediate students CAN use this method if they prefer, but wherever possible I ask them to please use Google Classroom to submit all their work. Or Flipgrid. (See below for instructions on these) |
OPTION 3: Flipgrid
Flipgrid is a useful tool for submitting videos, but also for recording videos using the site itself and submitting it directly. Students can also then view each other's videos:) Due to privacy and security reasons, I will not put the Flipcodes on this site. But Intermediates can access their Flipgrid through a special link I put on their Google Classroom in my Folder (with instructions). Primaries will need to email me ([email protected]) to ask for the Flipcode.
Click on the links below to learn how to use Flipgrid. Please note you will NOT need to download any app or go to any website first - the Flipcode I give you will take you directly there:) |
PURPOSE:
To submit pre-made Videos, or to record a Video. Can be accessed and used by PRIMARY or INTERMEDIATE students. Google or Microsoft email needed to Access. Student Gedu emails work. FLIPCODE Required. Intermediate access through Google Classroom. Primary access by emailing Mrs. Phillips. |
OPTION 4: Google Classroom - Intermediates
Most of the Intermediate students are familiar with Google Classroom as that is where most of their class work is being assigned by their classroom teachers. To find the project assignment choices for Fine Arts, they need to go to "Classwork" and then look for the Folder of assignments for "Mrs. Phillips Fine Arts". Please note that they may need to click on "View More" to see all the project options.
Reminder that again, these are just CHOICES for them to choose from - they do NOT have to do all the projects. Although they are welcome to do as many as they like, One a week is plenty. |
PURPOSE:
This should be the Main Platform for submitting work for INTERMEDIATE Students. See the videos below for instructions on how to submit work and videos/photos through Google Classroom. |
